Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge before we begin preparing your order — contact us as soon as possible.

Once preparation has begun, personalised items (printed names, numbers, bespoke arrangements) cannot be cancelled, because they were made specifically for you.

Non-personalised items can be cancelled any time before they leave for delivery.

On delivery

You may inspect your order on delivery. If it arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, refuse it or tell us within 24 hours with photographs.

We will replace the item or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Online payments are returned to the same card or wallet within 5–14 working days, depending on your bank.

Cash-on-delivery orders that were never delivered carry no charge.

Delivery fees are refunded when the cancellation is our fault, and are not refunded when delivery failed because nobody was at the address.
