Orders and pricing

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds. Product prices, the delivery fee, and the total are shown clearly before you confirm.

An order is confirmed only once we contact you. We may decline or cancel any order, refunding anything paid in full.

Photographs are indicative; colour shades may vary slightly with material availability.

Payment

Cash on delivery, or online via Kashier using cards and e-wallets.

For online payments an order counts as paid only after the gateway confirms it.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the order value. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as road closures or weather.

Balloons are perishable by nature and can be affected by heat and handling after delivery.
