Areas and fees

We deliver to the areas listed at checkout, with each area's fee shown beside it before you confirm.

If your area is not listed, message us and we will try to arrange it.

Timing

We deliver daily from 10am to 10pm.

For time-critical occasions (birthing rooms, parties) we agree the exact slot with you when confirming the order.

We need reasonable notice to prepare — the earlier you order, the better we can execute it.

Handover

Please make sure someone is available at the address at the agreed time.

If delivery fails because nobody is there, we will contact you to reschedule and a new delivery fee may apply.
